The project “Saxophone and string quintet” has been around for several years. During that time, Lenny wrote the arrangements for the quintet - both jazz classics and contemporary original music.
The powerful drive of jazz, the catching dance rhythms of Middle Eastern music and the boundless imagination of improvisation stand side by side with a sonoric sensibility shaped by classical chamber music.
